As believers, we are all in ministry, so we consider those to be in frontline ministry if they are teachers, preachers, speakers or worship leaders.

Our mission is to ensure that black and brown women who lead in ministry are well loved, well supported, and well served. We are committed to furthering the reach of the gospel by caring for women who are already at the helm of leading in ministry.
Our vision is that black and brown women leading in ministry will be encouraged for the long haul, feeling valued and apart of a community where they too are seen and well cared for.
